sterigmatocystin O-methyltransferase

(Science: enzyme) catalyses the conversion of sterigmatocystin (st) to o-methylsterigmatocystin (omst) and dihydro-st to dihydro-omst which takes place in the latter stages of aflatoxin biosynthesis
