The artificial device used to replace natural with (a portion of) a tooth or several teeth for corrective purposes


Supplement

Damaged, unaesthetic, or dysfunctional tooth (or teeth) may be replaced with dental prosthesis. It may involve replacing only a portion of a tooth or the complete set of teeth. Dentures and dental implants are two of the common forms of dental prosthesis.
