Winkler's disease --> chondrodermatitis nodularis chronica helicis - chondrodermatitis chronicus helicus atrophicus

A benign, chronic, small, painful nodule or ridge or series of fine nodules, with a sharp edge to the helical margin on the helix of the ear in elderly white males or females, which may occasionally become ulcerated.and may be secondary to trauma or pressure necrosis in the susceptible ear

Synonym: winkler's disease.
