(Science: syndrome) A condition seen in boxers, often years after their retirement, and presumably caused by repeated cerebral injury, characterised by weakness in the lower limbs, unsteadiness of gait, slowness of muscular movements, tremors of hands, dysarthria, and slow cerebration.
