pulmonary adenomatosis

A neoplastic disease in which the alveoli and distal bronchi are filled with mucus and mucus-secreting columnar epithelial cells; characterised by abundant, extremely tenacious sputum, chills, fever, cough, dyspnea, and pleuritic pain.
