Inborn lysosomal disease

inherited disorder of one or more degradative enzymes normally located in lysosomes leading to accumulation (storage) of abnormal quantities of a substance, such as a glycosaminoglycan as in hurlers syndrome or a lipopolysaccharide as in gauchers disease.
