Cats-eye syndrome

(Science: syndrome) iris colobomas (resembling the vertical pupils of a cat) and anal atresia, associated with an additional acrocentric chromosome; other malformations and mental retardation may be present.

Synonym: Schmid-Fraccaro syndrome.
