An anaerobic non-motile bacteria with rod-shaped branches that is exceptional in its capability to battle with other harmful bacteria due to its ability to digest large molecules.


Bifidobacterium breve is necessary for good colon performance wherein it is useful in conditions like irritable bowel movement, diarrhea, gas, severe bloating and allergies.
