Atriosystolic murmur --> presystolic murmur

a murmur heard at the end of ventricular diastole (during atrial systole if in sinus rhythm), usually due to obstruction at one of the atrioventricular orifices.

Synonym: atriosystolic murmur, late diastolic murmur.
