(Science: protein) neuronal surface glycoprotein with an apparent Mr 100 kd, thought to function as a neuron glia ligand in the binding of cerebellar granule neurons to astroglia. Expressed transiently in the cerebellum of the developing mammalian brain during periods of glia guided neuronal migration.
