Pleiotropic loci on different chromosomes?

Genetics as it applies to evolution, molecular biology, and medical aspects.

Pleiotropic loci on different chromosomes?

Post by j.m » Sun Feb 11, 2007 1:35 pm

Hi,

I have an issue on which clarification would be much appreciated:

Can pleiotropic loci be located on different chromosomes? Intuitively I think yes, but if anyone could confirm it to me, that would be great.

Cheers

J

Well why wouldn't they? I'm pretty sure it is possible...
