I can help with Immunohistochemistry. I have done it many times on Human and rat skins to show epidermal innervation.

What is your game plan here?? Have you ever done anything like this before???

Aha! Innervation! You can help me then! Yay! I am planning to apply IHC to investigate innervation of some viscerals. Hypothetically, it involves ubiquitin system, thus I need primary Ab for ubiquitin. Through references, they suggest me to use PGP 9.5. Unfortunately, I am out of that stuff and it is hard to find it in my country because once I got it from my professor in Japan but now he retired and refused to help me. You know Japanese old man behaviour style ... My question is: Do you know the other candidate(s) for PGP 9.5? Or do you have channel which I can get that? Thank you.

I use PGP 9.5 almost every day. Be careful where you derive your antibodies from so that they are compatible with your blocking serum and secondary antibodies. I use mouse monoclonal and vector elite kit with rabbit serum to block for non fluorescence or mouse monoclonal and cy3 rabbit anti mouse for fluorescence.

I do not know the supplier but I will get you a list later today.

And for the first poster I cant help u if you don't have a protocol in progress.

HAHAHA!!!

I think we get our anti-bodies from Novo Castra or Vision Biosystems out of the UK. We also use Vector products and 1 other.

Save the endearment we don't trade or grow our own antibodies.

Good Luck!

Do you think they serve Indonesia too? As my experience, the delivery fee is much more than the real price of thing I bought :(

how can your salary be 10$ a month? That is less than a Mcdonald's meal costs for 2 people...
