Is lambda in its circular or linear form after digested with Bam HI?

oh yes that is so foolish of me. Of course, you need to add an enzyme that will actually digest your DNA, not just stand there... Partick is right as usual :lol:

Agronomy, I believe you can easily find a restriction map of that plasmid on the web, so that you can answer your question :P
