Reason For Natural Death

What might be the reason for natural death? I mean not by accidents, some other reason.
Is Human body / any other organism is programmed like that?
Or the body gets worned out?

- stress: weakens organism so it is prone to diseases easier
- disease: like duh

these are common sense just think!
