I am writting to enquire about infulence of l-ascorbic acid on Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Can anyone send me some details about l-ascorbic acid part in
Saccharomyces cerevisiae metabolism ?

Ok...
So I made some easy experiment.
To yeast I add glucose, ascorbic acid and production of carbon dioxide by
yeast increased. I just don't know how to interpret this fact. Does ascorbic
acid influence on this production ?
