Lab-Tek chamber slide

Post by Manica » Sun Jan 21, 2007 6:29 pm

I am using 8 well glass slide. In my research, I need to divide each well into 20 fields under a microscope to count the cells labeled with special antibody. It is pretty difficult for me to do such a thing. Do you have any good suggestion to separate 20 fields very well? Thanks a lot!

You could grow the cells first, then put them on slides using microarray technique. I don't know if you have a machine to do it. but you may try put spots of cells on a slide. I mean, detach them and put it on. Why do you need to put them into 20 fields???? you can grow several slides with 8 chamber and do the counting!!!???
