Post by p33 » Tue Jan 09, 2007 9:42 pm

Hi, all, :? I am getting trouble with growing S2 cells on the galss chamber slide in my own experiment. Has anyone of you guys ever been using certain types of coated glass slide for growing S2 cells more steady on the suface? You know, it is always painful when you try to wash them when you make slides  Thank you very much!

You may want to try histobond slides. put slides in pettri dish and then put cells in. they are supposed to stick onto the slides by themselves. BTW, what is S2 cells???
