Finding a PhD

Post by zlatan » Thu Jan 04, 2007 5:33 pm

Hello everyone

I'm just finished a study of molecular biology in Croatia, and now I'm looking for a PhD over the internet. There is so many pages about finding PhD, and i wonder if there's any page about institute ranking (by some criterium, like number of citations, number of published works, the IF of the published works, etc.)...Any links, including a finding a PhD links (in Europe), are welcome.
I'm interested in molecular medicine, oncology, human genetics, disease research,etc.......Thx

I plan to get my Ph.D soon after finishing this snaily Master Program  As far as I know, the first step to get Ph.D is you have promotor(s) who suits to your subject. Now I am aproaching some professors who helping me out on my thesis. If one of them is agree to be my promotor, I will continue to the second step: looking for recommendation letters and then getting sponsor or scholarship :)
