I couple A and B decide to have another child.
A. what is the probability of having a boy?
what is the probability of having a girl?
what is the probability of having a carrier?
what is the probability of having an affected boy?

We need more information for certain questions:

1) 50/50 for boy/girl probability.

Now we need to know:

a)the genes, and whether or not it's a dominant or recessive gene. (I'm assuming it's X-linked already, since you mentioned sexes)
b)what each parent is; homozygous or heterozygous for the gene.
