Aerobic respiration inside cells occurs in mitochondria......what abt aerobic respiration?

even if you mean anaerobic respiration, there are organisms with specialized mitochondria for anaerobic respirations (e.g the so called hydrogenosomes)

--> they use substrate level fermentation instead of oxidative phosphorylation.
