What is the most common mice genetic background used to study problems related to obesity?

The first thing (and only thing at this moment :oops:) that comes to mind is those pictures of a fat rat next to a normal one.

The fat mouse lacks leptin and the mouse loses weight when it is injected with leptin.

Is that the kind of thing you are after?
Or if you search on google for obesity mouse models (or something similar). That comes up with a few things
