visualization of ssDNA

What is the simplest way to visualize ssDNA (without visualizing dsDNA as well) ?

best regards

Hey there is a technique called SSCP (Single strand conformational polymophism) that can be used to produce ssDNA from PCR products... that can be visulized by PAGE (polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis)

I've never actually 'done-it' before... but the theoretically, this technique should help you figure out ... whatever you're trying to do.

good luck!
