pH effect on antibody stability

I’m purifying a polyclonal antibody. During the washing step of the third column instead of using PBS I used TrisHCl 1.5M pH 8.9 (I know, always read what’s written on the bottle...). I need the flow through and not the eluted fraction, so my antibody stayed in TrisHCl at alkaline pH for 24h until I realized what I had done. So my questions are : how long are antibodies stable at alkaline pH? Are they stable in TrisHCl 1.5M (I usually store them in PBS + BSA + Na azide)? How would pH 8.9 affect antibody binding to the affinity column?

Since naturally antibody locates in blood plasma, it will be good if it is kept in the environment which has the similar pH of plasma.
