All those might give you links to papers where they isolated marine bacteria, but you might need access to the journals.

Alexopoulus book

may be there is some information about it in one of alexopoulus book, There's a chapter there that reffer too marine fungus so may be there is other chapter about marine bacteria, sorry I forgot the title of the book, may be you can search it in the net by using the key word of "alexopoulus, marine, bacteria, fungus".
Just give it a try, may be you can find what you look.
