Nuclear localization

Post by webbstock » Wed Nov 15, 2006 3:33 pm

Does anyone have a protocol that can be used to determine if a bacterial protein is localized in the nucleus of a Euk. cell. I'm looking for something other than microscopy, something more like either nuclear-specific phosphorylation (p32) or perhaps a specific nuclear cleavage sequence that can be engineered into my protein?

Thanks in advance.
