what is the relationship between chlorophyll and the color of the plants?

Also, how well would a plant grow under pure yellow light?..

plants doesn't absorb green light well so we see green light?

by "we se green light" do you mean the plant leaves green color?
no...the green color in leaves are because of the Chlorophyll....chlorophyll is green in color

Yes, we can see the color "green" because the plant reflexes green light instead of absorb it. That's physical phenomenon 8)

OK reflects would be the correct word, but you know, everyone is not a native english speaker on this forum, so it can be rude to point spelling mistakes. Not that the natives are better at spelling though...

Thank you canalon, that's why I can't find the meaning I refer about "reflex" when I search it in my dictionary :oops: Yes, that's "reflects" ;) I will remember it from now on :)
At least I brought the "rough idea" here and you make it perfect. We share 50-50 ok? :lol: :lol:

It's about spelling instead of grammar ;)

Hey, we can't say "JUST" from Grammar. That's because I experienced that. Wrong grammar, wrong meaning ;)
