help!!!!!! ne one, pleaseeee. i have a really big assignment. i wanna find out the effect of diastase of malt (alpha & beta mixed) on starch. what are the by products? where in the body is diastase of malt found in? what is the optimum pH in which it works. i really need help on this stuff, i'd really appreciate if ne could answer these questions of mine.
