What kind of worm is 1/64" long, thin, and whips.

I saw this worm under a cotton cue tip, useing a black light. It began whipping maddly as I got closer to it.

Any possible suggestions appreciated.

It might be causeing itching, & crawling sensations, that we thought was caused by some kind of mite. No Doctors could tell us what mite is biting us, but tell us that it is a mite.

Could it be a worm?
