I want to isolate the all protein in loquat flower.I intend to extract the all protein with acetone.then isolateing the various protein by using the agarose gel .But I think it's a little difficult to choice the size of gel.because the kind ,number and bulk of the protein is unknown.so there are some problem. If you have some experience about this field.please teach me.thank you in advance.

For this kind of experiments you should have a look at 2-D gel electrophoresis.

As a supplier of material used for this kind of experiment Biorad has an excellent website on the subject, But you may want to see other suppliers. I am not recommending their products, but this a good place to have an idea of the work involved.
