food and weight

I have one question: When we consume 1lb of food, assuming that it is all taken into our body, does it mean that we will gain 1lb? I mean, what is the relation between weight of food intake and weight of body?

No, it depends on caloric intake around 3,500 cals=1lb of weight.

Yeah, it also could happen after we grow some bacteria from ruminants or termites. Would try that? :lol:
