Quantitative PCR and housekeeping genes for Danio rerio

Post by luna-celeste » Tue Sep 05, 2006 12:14 pm

Does anyone know something about housekeeping genes frequently used with Danio rerio?
I actually use GAPDH and beta actin for Q-PCR, and I'm searching a third gene to confirm my results.
