1) What cells in the body do not regenerate and why?
For the past several decades, scientists belived that brain cells do not regenerate . take a look of this
http://www.medindia.net/News/view_news_main.asp?x=13281
But now some researchs show that they can regenerate in some case
http://www.princeton.edu/pr/pwb/99/0405/brain.htm

2) What cells the body are multinucleated and why?
Skeletal muscle fibers are multinucleated, with the cell's nuclei located just beneath the plasma membrane. In the developmental process, a skeletal muscle fiber is made by combining cells, so it develops into a multinucheated cell.

Hope that helps

Next time, try to do your own homework. These are things that can be found on the internet.

If i don't remember wrongly, my lecturer told us that heart cells do not regenerate, which is why you don't hear of cases of "cancer of the heart".

Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
