Co-transfection of siRNA and plasmid.
Does anybody know or have experience with co-transfection of siRNA oligos (Dahrmacon) along with an expression vector?what reagents?
protocol? what is the efficiency?
Thanks,
Noam.

Yeah its just a basic cotransfection; for example you could transfect your siRNA and a GFPtagged transgene to check under the microscope whether your knockdown works and whether your cells can handle the knockdown (ie whether its not toxi). You can use whatever works best for your specific cells. take care
