Could you rephrase please. Do you want to speed up protein anabolism or protein catabolism?

i think it depend on your activities. the closest thing i can found in my head is consuming food that has a large number of protein within.... by consuming it we can cover the number of protein that we need to do work(s).

... for me maximize=the large "density" of using and consuming protein in a few time.

so, i will said the way to maximize our body on using protein is studying something that is very and very difficult to do especially from the book and in the laboratory(ies)
... maybe it sound like something small and doing in the small place, but it is the closest thing i found.hehe

i don't know about the bones, but it will surely make you get tired more easily. Proteins have a lower respiratory queficient, meaning that they use up more oxygen and produce more CO2 when they are burned than carbs and lipids. You literally run out of breath sooner.

maybe.

but i do not think it is make a serious effect as you said Mr. Mistery.
as long as i know in sport i'm going to be more crazy, ie playing too serious, after i had been warm my body about 15 minutes. but that do not make me lost my breath. that why i keep play only 15 minutes
as i know i eat hi-amount protein foods with rice-already cooked rice of course- so i do not think i'm going to loss my breath so easy. hehe... i hope.

by the way thanks for your attention.
