I was just recently taking to a frind who is a doctor and told me that . High blood pressure is said to be a silent killer, I did not want to look dumb in front of my friend but have a question why is high blood pressure dangerous? thanks! 8)

As what is said by the name...High Blood pressure...
The blood pressure will increase by many reason...
some due to the vessels of blood being small as the result of nsaturated fat...
HBP sometimes can be fatal as the pressure will affect the heart beat actually and the circulation abnormality can lead to other disease...
