DNA sequencing software please help!

Post by quixoticartiste » Thu Aug 03, 2006 5:20 pm

Hello I am looking for a program that is used to generate consensus diagrams where the size of the base letter is proportionate to its representitive frequency of occurrence in the consensus. If anyone knows of a program (preferrably on mac) I would be eternally greatful!

Hi,

I don't think it's a downloadable programme, but you can go to http://weblogo.berkeley.edu/logo.cgi and input alignment files. Since it's web-based, it should be accessible to Macs.
