We've got a few papers on the local journal, The Philippine Agriculturist and I think there's an ongiong project at the University of the Philippines Los Banos. I really am not sure though if its available online. Maybe you could get a hold of them in your University Library. Sorry couldn't be much help.

A useful document can be downloaded here: http://arsef.fpsnl.cornell.edu/mycology/corner/APSwkshp.pdf

The references given there plus some google scholar-searches on the generic names should reach to some results.

Good luck,
Eric
