Post by pace1234 » Sun Jun 25, 2006 11:27 pm

Hello,

Can anyone explain to me what is opsonophagocytic assay (opa)? what is it used for and why we use it?

What does 0.25M Ca and 0.10 M Mg do in the OPA? What effect does it have?
