OXYGEN DISTRIBUTION IN THE BODY

Post by willsecretary » Mon Jun 12, 2006 5:04 pm

Ok, can someone pleaseeeeeeeeeeee tell me is it possible to not get enough oxygen to certain parts of the body? My leg hurts sometimes, cramps up easily if i am sitting crossed-leg on the ground, feel like the circulation is very low. I now can feel the difference when i stand because my leg feels week.

This may sound strange, but I had a dream about 2 weeks ago and the lady in the dream told me that I was having trouble with my leg because it was not receiving enough oxygen.

i appreciate any info. thanks for the help!

Yes. Diabetes. Heart conditions. Those are very general but start looking there.

Willsecretary ...

I guess not having oxygen (via proper circulation) could causee problems. However, i'm sure that there are other factors and other causes.

So, (since i'm not a doctor) I suggest that you talk to your doctor about the problemes (and even tell them about your dream..if you have a kool doc. he/she won't laugh). Hopefully, they'll help to resolve or improve the problems

Wishing you the best!

i know that if you sit cross legged it is not neccesarily good for circulation it makes it difficult for the blood to circulate properly

First and foremost STOP sitting crosslegged.

Then step up to the door. And take a walk.

Minumum 10 000 meters x day. (Aka 10 kilometers)

That should get the blood back into your legs.

Start doing some Tai-Chi, yoga etc to relax and strech your legs.
