High-frequency audio stimulus and the CNS.

Post by Zeneth Entorion » Sat Jun 10, 2006 9:37 am

Hi there,

Does anyone know what effects (if any) high-frequency sounds, that is, around the limit of human hearing, have on the brain? Because this monitor is making barely audible high-pitched noises and I swear it is altering my thought processes in a detrimental fashion.

Thanks!
