The best way to dissolve BSA

Post by Hick » Tue May 16, 2006 7:35 am

Dear readers,

how do you dissolve totally BSA?

Are you shaking the fluidum?
-> but it produces froam

Do you use a Vortex
-> it produces foam like shaking, even more

Do you slightly shake and swing in a big bottle?

Do you use a magnetic stirrer?
-> one can say that the magnetic field has an influence on the polarized proteins, an argument, but...

Do you use a magnetic stirrer with a temperature set? Which temperature do you use?
-> the magnetic field and the temperature will change the proteins

Thank`s for your informations and help,

sincerly

Hick
