Leptin

Does anyone know what the enzymes for cutting Leptin is?

It believe proteolytically processed by proprotein convertases (PC) as it travels through the regulated secretory pathway (TGN -> cell membrane).

Also the signal sequence is cleaved as it is translated into the RER.

I'm not sure though... this is just a guess
