in tabby cats, black coloration is caused by the presence of a particular allele on the X chromosome. A different allele at the same locus can result in orange color. The heterozygote calico cat, however, with splotches of both black fur and orange fur, is due to:
(A) polar body formation and inacvitation
(B) crossing over during gamete formation
(C) the formation of thymine dimers
(D) segregation of alleles in different cell lines
(E) Barr body formation
hey which one?

I would say Barr body formation, strictly as a guess..
