Um... yeah, actually, the answers do both start with S. I'll give you another hint too, one of the answers is in the sentence just before this one. And whether or not you have your textbook doesn't have any effect on whether or not you can check this website's tutorial, since you can post you can probably check those too.

Start codon----->chain initiation codon
Stop codon----->chain termination codon

The answers REALLY start with S, don't they?
