oxigen is transported in blood most efficiently by:

I BEING DISOLVE IN THE PLASMA

II CHEMICAL CONVERSION TO WATER

III FORMING A COMBINATION WITH A RESPIRATORY PIGMENT, SUCH AS HEMOGLOBIN

IV COMBINING WITH CARBON DIOXIDE TO FORM BICARBONATE

V NONE OF THE ABOVE

read your text book, the answer is in it. Using brain doesn't hurt either. And yes the answer is the simple and obvious one.
