well c en d are both correct

--> murmurs are abnormal heart sounds caused by:

1. blood forced to a narrowed valve opening
2. backwards flow through a valve that did not close (regurgitation)

thus c and d are both correct (c when the heart is in systole and d when the heart is in diastole)

Yes...C is correct...I do agree that d could also be the cause but typically stenosis is the problem with the semilunar valves....
