Rose were they from the same pkg and were
all the conditions the same, temp of water,
same water source etc
and did you start soak at the same time?
those factors do matter.

but if they are the same
pkg and same time and conditions then :?: :?: :?:
I am stumped too  :?

hello guys
i have got information about marowfat peas
we have to soak half of the peas for a period of time and we leave some peas dried . we should have about 10 pettri dishes 5 for soaked peas and five for non soaked (5 instead of one because it can go wrong any where so using of more than one pettri dishes to keep as a control) pettri dishes using instead of test tubes due to lack of room in incubator) i will get the info about the temprature of incubator and duration in incubator and exact time of soaking
c us later
good luck in your experiment

Ya, they were from the same package and were done with the exact same conditions. I was very surprised, My science teacher said this shouldnt have happened. I suppose the only reasonable explenation fr this is that the peas in my 41 hr cup couldve been sightly damamged or smth, i dnt know, but this result isnt normal....

Do you all go to the same university or something?
What exactly do you need help with?

If you see that some from the same lot,
germinate slower under identical conditions,
then is it protein content? are you looking
for structural similarities? Under microsope?

I dont know what your proffesor told you. :?

Statistical analysis of repeated experience (many peas in each condition) is the essence of the correct interpretation of results. If you have different lots of peas, mix them in the different conditions etc.
Results: average germination time and variance of this value for each condition. ANOVA will tell if conditions induce significant changes in the observations.

ANOVA

I would think so :)

I just am wondering if their professor
is having them employ statisical methods?
Or even how to go about it at all.
