Post by daniell » Thu Feb 23, 2006 2:58 am

What is the suitable temperature for the growth of Pseudomonas putida KT2440? I have read some journal that stated 30 degree Celsius but ATTC culture state that this bacteria must be grown at 37 degree Celsius.
