Destarching leaves

Post by sanjana » Sun Mar 20, 2005 9:32 am

Hello guys. Im an IB student...and im doing higher biology. I have a few questions...and I need help.

Im really confused abt "Destarching" leaves...does it completely remove the starch contents from the leaf or just partiaclly remove it. Please mention the importance of chlorophyll here. And can you please sugest me some good biology and chemistry sites to work on. I currently take help frm online studying resources of UWCSEA.edu.sg. Other than that I sometimes use BBC.co.uk for help. I hope this website is going to help me solve my queries.

Sincerely.
Sanjana
