WTF? definitions needed....

Post by turkey » Mon Feb 20, 2006 7:44 pm

I missed a few bio classes and i'm lost...can someone help me?

What are 'beadlike structures formed by DNA and histone molecules'?

Also:

'Meshlike structure that helps move chromosomes apart'

'Process by which nucleus is divided'

'Phase of mitosis where chromosomes move to opposite poles'

'Protein around which chromosomal DNA is coiled'

'Period between cell divisions'

and...'Each chromosome begins with two of these at the beginning of mitosis'

If you can help me...THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!

Seems correct, but Dear BlazerUAB you are not helping turkey who should at least read his/her textbook by doing his/her homeworks. It would be better to give hints or tracks for him/her to research a little bit
